  My fiance had gotten an engagement ring at the Lincoln store and it was beautiful, but on march of this year the band had broken and we got it fixed in store, well in august through october the band broke 4 more times . The store manager was the first one to offer a different solution to my ring other than having the other pieces sodered together with the engagement part of the ring. They gave me in store credit for the price of the ring and then let me pick out a different ring. I loved the customer service I received and that will always bring me back. Thank you so much!
